A left ventricular inferior wall pseudoaneurysm as a complication of an asymptomatic inferior wall myocardial infarction, combined with ischemic mitral regurgitation

We report the case of an atypically evolving myocardial infarction in a 47-year-old man, complicated with an inferior wall pseudoaneurysm and ischemic mitral regurgitation.
