Paradoxical embolism into coronary arteries - unusual cause of acute myocardial infarction

Paradoxical embolism is very unusual cause of acute myocardial infarction. It is usually found in young patients and its incidence is unknown. Only less than 15 reports on this issue were published. Authors describe three cases from own professional experience during last five years.
