Společné stanovisko odborných společností k předepisování inhibitorů PCSK9

Předložený materiál není ani odborným doporučením pro léčbu, není ani souhrnem našich současných znalostí o moderní léčbě hypercholesterolemie. Je do velké míry zjednodušeným pohledem, a třeba i návodem, na možnost využití inhibitorů proprotein konvertázy subtilisin/kexin 9 (PCSK9) v realitě současného českého zdravotního systému a úhradových limitů. Měl by sloužit jako podklad pro rozhodování o indikaci léčby pro lékaře z center a současně by měl pomoci revizním lékařům ve snadné a jednoznačné kontrolní činnosti.
