Hypertrofická kardiomyopatia (HCM) je komplexné ochorenie srdca s typickou patofyziologickou charakteristikou a so širokou škálou morfologických , funkčných a klinických príznakov. Táto kazuistika popisuje koincidenciu pacienta s hypertrofickou kardiomyopatiou a bikuspidálnou aortálnou chlopňou, kde sme chceli poukázať na výhodu vyšetrenia nukleárnou magnetickou rezonanciou (NMR) a efektivitu alkoholovej septálnej ablácie (PTSMA) s priaznivým výsledkom i po roku sledovania.
