Isolated non-compaction cardiomyopathy: A review

Non-kompaktní kardiomyopatie (LVNC) je vzácně se vyskytující onemocnění, které patří podle klasifikace Evropské kardiologické společnosti do kategorie neklasifikovaných kongenitálních kardiomyopatií. Pro LVNC je typické ztluątění stěny apikální části levé komory, podmíněné zvýąenou trabekularizací a hlubokými intertrabekulárními recesy komunikujícími s dutinou levé komory. Za příčinu tohoto stavu se povaľuje chybná embryogeneze endokardu a myokardu. Mezi klinické projevy LVNC patří srdeční selhání, tromboembolické příhody, arytmie a náhlá srdeční smrt. Průběh onemocnění je velmi variabilní, s obtíľně predikovatelným vývojem. Cílem této práce bylo poskytnout aktuální přehled informací o izolované LVNC.
