Tracking an unusually migrated pacing lead

V rámci znaleckého posuzování soudního případu byla nalezena raritní a fatální komplikace. ©lo o oddálenou migraci dočasné stimulační elektrody s mnohočetnou orgánovou perforací s trajektorií procházející stěnou pravé komory, perikardem, levou plící, dutinou hrudní, bránicí, dutinou břiąní do levého retroperitonea s koncem elektrody blízko levé ledviny. Ačkoli byla elektroda odstraněna, při chirurgické revizi byl nalezen zmíněný kanál, který byl zdrojem fatálního krvácení. Toto krvácení bylo usnadněno inhibicí funkce trombocytů a přechodně i sníľením jejich počtu následkem aplikace nízkomolekulárního heparinu. Nebyly zaznamenány ľádné symptomy související s popsanou pasáľí elektrody tělem nemocného.
