Large metastatic involvement of pericardium, myocardium and andocardium of both heart ventricles in pulmonary adenocarcinoma

This case report describes clinical course, results of imaging methods and autopsy findings in a patient with metastatic involvement of all cardiac structures as a first manifestation of pulmonary adenocarcinoma.
