Non-traditional management of left main stenosis presenting as NSTEMI in an elderly female patient with severe coronary artery calcifications

The author presents the case report of a 84-year-old lady with non-ST elevation myocardial infarction due to left main stenosis treated by percutaneous coronary intervention with rotational atherectomy and "bare" metal stent implantation using the "V" technique.
