Spontaneous coronary artery dissection

We report three cases of spontaneous coronary artery dissection with different courses and therapy. Optimal treatment depends on the site of dissection, number of affected vessels, coronary blood flow, and hemodynamic state of the patient.
Discussion summarizes the current concept of etiopathogenesis and therapy of spontaneous coronary dissection.
