Intramyocardial abscess as a complication of incomplete postinfarction rupture-a case report.

We report the case of incomplete post-infarction left ventricular inferior wall rupture complicated by infectious endocarditis with the development of intramyocardial abscess and left ventricular pseudoaneurysm.
