Přímá PTCA akutního infarktu myokardu v těhotenství

Akutní infarkt myokardu není běžnou nemocí během těhotenství. Vzhledem k četnosti ischemické choroby srdeční a trendu k těhotenství ve vyšším věku lze očekávat vzestup počtu akutních infarktů myokardu během těhotenství. Etiologie infarktu myokardu v těhotenství se liší od infarktu myokardu u netěhotné populace. Popsaná kasuistika demonstruje možnost řešit takový případ přímou PTCA, diskutujeme i další možnosti terapie akutního infarktu myokardu v těhotenství.
